Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Assistant General Manager – Sales to drive revenue
growth, manage high-performing sales teams, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal
candidate will bring a deep understanding of real estate sales strategies, market trends, and client
engagement, with a proven track record in achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the GM – Sales in developing and executing strategic sales plans for residential and
commercial projects.
• Lead and manage a team of sales managers, executives, and coordinators to meet or exceed
sales targets.
• Monitor daily sales performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to align campaigns and promotions with sales goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and key clients.
• Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of trends, competitor activities, and customer
preferences.
• Drive site visits, property presentations, and client negotiations to close deals effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in the sales process.
• Support CRM initiatives and ensure accurate tracking of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in real estate sales with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior
management role.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate high-performing sales teams.
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market, especially local regulations and buyer trends.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy with experience in CRM platforms and sales performance tools.
