Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:

- Client Acquisition:

- Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Team and Manpower Management:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the business development team to achieve targets.
- Coordinate with recruitment and operational teams to ensure manpower requirements are met.
- Revenue Management:
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and maximizing existing accounts.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets and ensure profitability.
- B2B and Contract Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients.
- Oversee contract negotiation, management, and execution to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
- Domain Expertise:
- Leverage prior experience in the recruitment and manpower services domain to understand client needs and market trends.
- Stay updated with industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience (minimum 2+ years) in business development, preferably in the recruitment, manpower, or HR solutions domain.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and contract management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Leadership abilities with experience in team handling and motivation.
- Strong analytical and revenue management skills.
