About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Identify staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screening and Interviewing:
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Candidate Management:
- Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of candidate evaluations and recruitment activities.
- Generate recruitment metrics and reports as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in the recruitment industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
