• Assist in identifying new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and online research
• Maintain and update the customer database with current information
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets
• Handle customer inquiries and follow up on leads in a timely manner
• Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and client visits
• Prepare basic sales reports and documentation
• Work closely with marketing to align sales strategies with campaigns
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
• 6–2 years of sales or customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is a plus
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
