Job Description: Operations Manager
Experience: Minimum 2 years in the Manpower Industry
Working Days: 6 days per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management:
- Lead and manage a team of field recruiters.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to ensure efficient recruitment operations.
- Manpower Planning:
- Strategically plan and manage manpower requirements for clients, ensuring timely fulfillment of hiring needs.
- Recruiter Database Management:
- Maintain and expand a robust database of skilled and experienced field recruiters.
- Continuously source and onboard qualified recruiters to strengthen the team.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the recruitment team to ensure smooth operations.
- Warehouse Hiring:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for warehouse roles, ensuring client satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Operational Efficiency:
- Monitor and optimize recruitment processes to meet key performance metrics.
- Identify challenges in operations and implement strategies for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in the manpower or recruitment industry.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in manpower planning and database management.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
