Oversee and manage all real estate operations within the assigned region.
Develop and implement strategic plans to meet sales and development goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including investors,
brokers, developers, and clients.
Conduct market analysis and identify new business opportunities and potential project
locations.
Lead site acquisition, feasibility studies, budgeting, and project execution in
coordination with the technical and legal teams.
Supervise, motivate, and mentor the regional sales and operations team.
Monitor and ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company standards.
Provide regular reports and insights to senior management regarding regional
performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing to implement regional promotional campaigns and brand
positioning.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (MBA
preferred).
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in real estate operations, with at least 3 years in a
regional or senior management role.
Strong knowledge of the Gurugram real estate market and surrounding areas.
Proven track record in sales management, team leadership, and business development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
