Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell HVAC systems, maintenance contracts, and related services to residential and/or commercial clients.
- Conduct site visits to evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions.
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and contracts.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HVAC or technical sales (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and explain them to clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Valid driver’s license (if travel is required).
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; degree or certification in HVAC, engineering, or related field is a plus.
