Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Mentor and support junior sales team members
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to improve strategy
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align go-to-market strategies
- Negotiate and close high-value deals and contracts
- Provide accurate forecasts and regular performance reports to senior management
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- 3–4 years of proven B2B/B2C sales experience.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience using CRM tools.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
- Leadership experience and ability to coach team members
- Willingness to travel as required
