Key Responsibilities:

1. Documentation Creation & Management:
Write, edit, and maintain a variety of documents, including technical
reports, proposals, feasibility studies, manuals, project documentation,
presentations, and other materials related to transport planning.

Ensure that all documentation meets high standards of clarity, accuracy,
and consistency, adhering to company style guides. Technical API

2. Collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs):
Work with engineers, transport planners, and other technical team
members to gather information and ensure documentation is both accurate
and comprehensive.

Conduct interviews or review design documents to extract technical
details that are complex and need to be simplified for broader audiences.
3. Document Formatting & Layout:
Ensure all documents are well-structured, with appropriate headings,
tables, charts, and graphics to enhance readability.

Use tools like Microsoft Word, Adobe InDesign, and other relevant
software for creating professional documentation.
4. Research and Analysis:
Research industry trends, new transport planning methods, regulatory
changes, and other technical subjects to ensure documentation reflects the
latest developments in the field.

Provide background information on technical issues to assist stakeholders
in making informed decisions.
5. Quality Control:
Review and proofread documents for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and
overall readability.

Verify technical accuracy through consultation with subject matter experts.
6. Regulatory & Compliance Documentation:
Prepare technical documents that comply with relevant industry
regulations and standards.

Stay informed of relevant transportation policies, guidelines, and
regulations to ensure compliance in all written materials.
7. Project Support:
Assist with the preparation of client-facing documents, such as transport
plans, proposals, and reports.

Provide support during the project lifecycle, from concept development to
final report delivery.
8. Version Control:
Manage revisions and version control for ongoing transport planning
projects, ensuring all stakeholders have access to the most up-to-date
information.
