Experience: 4 – 8 years

Key Responsibilities:

– Design, develop, and manage robust databases to efficiently store and process large volumes of financial
and transaction data.

– Implement and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams of subject matter experts to define data requirements and integrate
analytics into user-facing products.

– Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance data reliability,
efficiency, and quality.

– Present analytical findings and insights to stakeholders through clear visualizations, summary
statistics, and comprehensive reports.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

– Bachelor’s or master’s in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a STEM-related field.
Undergraduate seniors and close to completing Master’s degree are also welcome to apply.

– Proven experience of record for two or more years! – Proven experience in database design and data management!

– Strong programming skills in Python, R, or other data science languages.

– Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

– Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud services (e.g.,
AWS, Google Cloud).

– Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. – Be an independent worker who can still work within a reporting hierarchy. – Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience:

– Prior experience in crafting workflows for the financial industry.

– Prior experience deploying AI models in a production environment.

– Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).

– Familiarity with Agile software development method
