* Document Management: Assist in editing and maintaining price lists, letters, and other official documents.
* Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors, ensuring effective communication and follow-up on orders, contracts, and other administrative matters.
* Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, vendor contracts, and other key documents.
* Calendar Management: Organize and manage the Director’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating events.
* Digital Tools: Use tools such as Zoom for meetings and Excel for maintaining spreadsheets and reports.
* Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support including answering calls, preparing reports, and assisting with special projects.
* Data Entry: Accurately input and manage data in internal systems, ensuring all records are current and organized.
* Educational Background: Bachelors degree in any relevant field
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Zoom. Knowledge of other digital tools is an advantage.
* Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience: Prior experience in an administrative role, especially in the pharma or sales sector, is preferred.
Working Hours: 6 day work week, 9:30am-6:30pm in person. No WFH.
