Key Responsibilities:

Manage procurement of pharmaceuticals and/or medical devices from approved vendors.
Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines.
Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Ensure timely purchase order generation, follow-up, and inventory replenishment.
Coordinate with the inventory, accounts, and quality control teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Stay updated on market trends, product innovations, and pricing fluctuations in the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier communications.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing pharmaceuticals or medical devices (mandatory).
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Good understanding of pharmaceutical/medical device regulations and supply chain requirements.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
