About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Sales / BDM to join our growing team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have strong sales and business development skills with proven experience in handling clients, leading a team, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets.

• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.

• Work on end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure.

• Identify new markets, partnerships, and business strategies.

• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business plans.

• Train, motivate, and guide team members for better performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to build long-term client relationships.

• Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities.

• Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
